The dispatch platform built by a mover, for movers
Movers Dispatch Board (MDB) is a nationwide B2B platform built specifically for the household goods moving industry. Founded in 2023 in Arlington, Texas, by Nisrine Masri, who has run her own household goods moving company since 2003, MDB was created to solve one of the industry’s biggest challenges: connecting moving companies, carriers, capacity, labor, and opportunities more efficiently.
Posting loads and trucks is free. We don’t take a percentage of transactions or control negotiations.
Four boards. One platform.
Unlike traditional freight load boards, MDB is built around the way moving companies actually operate.
Load Board
Post and find household goods loads, interlining pickups and deliveries, broker loads, automobiles, mobile storage containers, and truck space.
Truck Board
Post available truck space and find shipments that fit routes you’re already running.
Lead Board
Buy moving leads individually, with no monthly commitment. Each lead shows the move details and price before you buy.
Labor Board
Find experienced moving labor by location, skills, availability, and wage expectations, with optional background checks through Checkr.
Built for movers, not freight
Most load boards were built for general freight. MDB was built for movers, so everything on the platform is relevant to household goods.
That’s why we’re building an ecosystem around the real needs of professional movers, and why our team keeps improving the platform based on what movers tell us they need.

More connections. Fewer empty miles.
That’s Movers Dispatch Board.
Carrier data straight from FMCSA
MDB connects to the FMCSA open API, so the carrier information on a profile comes from the federal record, not from what a carrier typed in. Vet a carrier in seconds instead of a phone call and a SAFER lookup.
- MC / USDOT number and authority status
- Safety rating and out-of-service status
- Insurance on file

Let the board do the searching
Two features that keep loads coming to you instead of the other way around.
AI load & truck matching
Post a truck with its route, dates, and available cubic feet, and MDB matches it against every load on the board, and vice versa. Matches are ranked by how well the lane, timing, and capacity line up, so a dispatcher sees the best fits first instead of scrolling the whole list.
- Matches on origin, destination, radius, and dates
- Weighs cubic feet and weight against your open capacity
- Works both ways: loads for your trucks, trucks for your loads
- Improves as you post more and request more loads
Email alerts free · text alerts on paid plans
Detailed alerts run on the Load Board, Truck Board, and Lead Board. Set the lanes, radius, load types, and dates you care about, and MDB sends a text or email the moment a matching load, truck, or lead is posted. Alerts are per user, so each dispatcher gets only the lanes they run. Email alerts are free on every plan, including Basic; text alerts require a paid plan.
- Load Board: new loads and load requests on your lanes
- Truck Board: trucks posted with capacity that fits your loads
- Lead Board: new leads in the markets you serve
- Customizable by lane, radius, load type, and dates
- Delivered by text (SMS) or email, per user on your account
Post loads and trucks from the software you already use
You don’t have to re-key anything into MDB. Loads and trucks can be pushed straight onto the board through our API, and companies on Movers Network can post from there with no extra steps. Excel and Zapier cover bulk uploads and everything in between.
Features by board
Around the boards, MDB gives you the tools to get the work done: AI-powered load and truck matching, email alerts (free on every plan) and text alerts (paid plans) for new loads, trucks, and leads, map and radius search, load requests, driver assignment, multi-user company accounts, direct messaging, document sharing, company profiles, ratings, and carrier vetting. MDB is also integration-ready with open APIs, so loads and trucks can be pushed directly to the board.

About the founder
Nisrine Masri has worked in the moving industry for more than 20 years. In 2003, after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington, Nisrine started her own household goods moving company and has run it ever since.
Running a moving company showed Nisrine how much time movers lose finding carriers for interline loads, filling empty trucks on the way home, and finding crews on short notice. She founded Movers Dispatch Board in 2023 to put all of that on one board built for household goods, instead of freight.
Nisrine still runs MDB around the same idea: build what movers ask for, keep posting free, and let companies do business directly with each other, without MDB taking a cut.

Frequently asked questions
What are the requirements to be licensed on the platform?
Interstate carriers need active MC authority (common or contract) with FMCSA and current insurance.
