How to apply
The application is short and handled by AtoB, our fuel card partner.
Start the application
Open AtoB’s Movers Dispatch Board application and enter your business details, fleet size and type, and DOT number.
Have your documents ready
You’ll need your EIN, a driver’s license, and proof of business revenue for the past three months. No business credit score is required.
Get your card
Cards are subject to credit approval. Qualify for a weekly credit line, or choose a prefunded card to build credit and still get the discounts.

How much can I save with the fuel card?
Discounts average 45¢ and go up to $2.00 off per gallon of truck diesel* at participating stations such as TA, Petro, TA Express, 7-Eleven, Speedway and RaceTrac. Your savings depend on where and how much you fuel.
Who issues the card?
The Movers Dispatch Board Fuel Card is offered with our partner AtoB. Applications, approval, billing and card support are handled by AtoB.
Do I need a business credit score to sign up?
No. You need your EIN, a driver’s license, and proof of business revenue from the past three months. All cards are subject to credit approval.
Can the fuel card build credit?
Yes. AtoB reports to Experian, including for prefunded cards.
What can I buy with it?
Fuel, plus other vehicle-related expenses such as maintenance, tolls and tires, anywhere Mastercard is accepted.
Can I set spend limits for each driver?
Yes. Fleet managers can set limits for individual cards, groups of cards, contractors or team members.
Are there fees?
